摘要
磁力驱动技术在化工、食品和制药等行业中,有着非常广泛的应用,但是磁力驱动装置在传动中由于受到各种因素的影响,从而导致传动转矩不高。根据影响轴向磁力驱动装置传动转矩的主要因素提出一些增强方案,经过分析和比对得出较优的方案是通过一种定位隔离装置来减小磁块之间的工作气隙,从而增强传动转矩。经过实际工程案例的多次试验验证可知,增加该研发装置并经过多次改进迭代后,磁力搅拌装置便可以平稳、高速且持久地运转。由此可见该定位隔离装置在磁力驱动技术领域有着不可估量的作用。
Magnetic drive technology is widely used in chemical,food and pharmaceutical industries.However,due to the influence of various factors,the drive torque of magnetic drive device is not high.According to the main factors affecting the drive torque of axial magnetic drive device,some enhancement schemes was put forward in this paper.Through analysis and comparison,it was concluded that the better scheme was to reduce the working air gap between magnetic blocks through a positioning isolation device to enhance the drive torque.After many tests and verification of actual engineering cases,it could be seen that after adding the R&D device and many improvement iterations,the magnetic stirring device could operate stably,at high speed and for a long time.It could be seen that the positioning isolation device played an immeasurable role in the field of magnetic drive technology.
