摘要 简要介绍了纳米材料的分类、性质和制备方法,重点对磁固相萃取、表面增强拉曼散射技术以及不同类型的纳米传感器的原理和优势进行概述,最后结合纳米材料的特性分析了材料制备及实验过程中存在的缺陷,提出合理利用纳米量级微粒良好的稳定性、生物相容性及独特的导电导热性质,可更好地实现纳米技术在添加剂安全检测中的应用。 In this paper,the classification,properties and preparation methods of nano materials were briefly introduced,with emphasis on the principles and advantages of magnetic solid phase extraction,surface enhanced Raman scattering technology and different types of nano-sensors.Finally,the defects in the process of material preparation and experiment were analyzed combined with the characteristics of nano materials,which suggested the fact that the reasonable use of the good stability,biocompatibility and unique electrical and thermal conductivity of nano particles could better realize the application of nanotechnology in additive safety detection.
