摘要
结直肠癌是消化道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其分子标志物的应用已纳入结直肠癌诊疗体系,影像学检查如CT、MRI、PET/CT及新兴的影像组学方法对于结直肠癌分子分型的诊断、指导靶向治疗等方面具有卓越价值。本文对于结直肠癌分子标志物相关的影像学研究现状及前景进行综述。
Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive tract, and the application of molecular markers related to colorectal cancer has been incorporated into the diagnosis and treatment system of CRC. Imaging examinations such as CT,MRI, PET/CT and radiomics methods have excellent value in the diagnosis of molecular typing and targeted therapy in patient with CRC. This article reviews the current status and prospects of imaging studies related to molecular markers of CRC.
