摘要
从全寿命周期理论出发,阐述产业化住宅发展内容及原则。然后分析发展产业化住宅在投资决策、规划设计、施工建设、运营维护、报废回收阶段的实施要点及注意事项。最后从经济激励、技术保障、住宅性能认定及质量保证保险等方面提出推动产业化住宅发展的措施。
Starting from the whole life cycle theory,this paper expounds the contents and principles of industrialized housing development.Then,analyzes the key points and precautions for the implementation of industrialized housing in the stages of investment decision-making,planning and design,construction,operation and maintenance,and scrap recovery.Finally,proposes measures to promote the development of industrialized housing from the aspects of economic incentives,technical guarantees,housing performance identification and quality assurance insurance.
