高耐磨性复合涂层涤纶通丝的制备及其性能 被引量:1

摘要 为探索和优化通丝的涂层工艺,并开发出耐磨性优异的通丝,以部分醇解聚乙烯醇(PVA)、水性聚氨酯(PU)和水性环氧树脂(EP)为成膜剂,采用2种方法对编织涤纶通丝进行涂层。一步法采用PVA直接涂层,两步法采用PU/PVA或EP/PVA进行复合涂层。对涂层后通丝进行烘干与热定形处理,对其表观形貌、化学结构、弯曲性能、拉伸性能和耐磨性能进行测试和分析,以评价PU或EP预处理对PVA涂层通丝力学性能的影响。结果表明:PU和EP能够减少PVA涂层与通丝间裂纹的产生,通过在涤纶通丝表面引入极性基团,改善PVA涂层与涤纶间的界面性能;PU/PVA涂层通丝比EP/PVA涂层通丝具有更好的综合性能;经1.5%PU/PVA复合涂层的通丝具有优异的耐磨性能,比PVA涂层通丝的耐磨性提高了135.7%。 In order to explore and optimize the coating process of harness cord and develop harness cord for improved wearability,partially alcoholyzed polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),water-based polyurethane(PU)and epoxy resin(EP)were used as film formers,and two methods were used to coat the braided polyester(PET)harness cord.One-step method used PVA for direct coating,and two-step method used PU/PVA or EP/PVA for composite coating.After drying and heat setting,the apparent morphology,chemical structure,bending properties,tensile properties and wearability of coated harness cord were measured and analyzed to evaluate the effect of PU or EP pretreatment on the mechanical properties of PVA coated harness cord.The results show that both PU and EP can reduce the cracks between PVA coating and PET harness cord.By introducing polar groups on the surface of PET harness cord,the interface performance between the PVA coating and the PET fibers is improved.PU/PVA coated harness cord has better comprehensive properties than that of EP/PVA coated harness cord.The 1.5%PU/PVA coated harness cord demonstrates the best wearability,with an increase of 135.7%compared with PVA coated harness cord.
