摘要
为实现毛衫生产数字化车间不同系统间信息的互联互通,针对毛衫生产过程中相关生产信息在企业不同层级之间的网络化信息传递,提出了基于OPC统一架构(OPC UA)的毛衫生产数字化车间互联网络框架。借鉴企业控制系统集成标准(ISA 95)的对象模型,采用OPC UA建模技术,构建了毛衫生产数字化车间的标准信息模型,对其模型结构、静态属性集、过程属性集和功能组件集进行了描述和定义。并以电脑横机为例,给出了模型、实例化和车间系统间信息交互示例。结果表明,基于提出的互联网络架构和标准信息模型,可实现毛衫生产数字化车间内各层级系统间的互联互通互操作,解决了信息异构碎片化问题。
In order to facilitate information communication between different systems of sweater production digital workshops,and an interconnected network architecture for sweater production digital workshops based on OPC unified architecture(UA)was proposed aiming at the interaction of relevant production information at different levels of the enterprise during the sweater production process.Based on the object model of ISA 95 standard and OPC UA modeling technology,a standard information model of sweater production digital workshops was constructed.The model structure,static attribute set,process attribute set and function component set were described and defined.Taking the computerized flat knitting machine as an example,a representative model,instantiation and information interaction between workshop systems were presented.Based on the proposed interconnected network architecture and the standard information model,the interconnection and interoperation among all levels of systems in sweater production digital workshops were achieved,tackling the problem of heterogeneous and fragmented information.
