摘要
姬松茸是名贵食用菌,具有极高的药用价值,其栽培方式与双孢蘑菇完全相同,只是生长发育所需的温湿度不同。姬松茸为中、高温食用菌,可与双孢蘑菇实现倒茬,较为适宜在北方高温时期栽培。本文介绍了姬松茸的食用价值、生长特性,总结了姬松茸工厂化栽培堆料、发酵、播种、覆土、出菇管理等关键技术。
Agaricus blazei Murrill is a precious edible mushroom with extremely high medicinal value.Its cultivation method is exactly the same as that of Agaricus blazei Murrill,but the temperature and humidity required for growth and development are different.Agaricus blazei Murrill is a kind of edible mushroom adapting to warm ans high-temperature environment,which can be planted sequentially on the same plot of Agaricus blazei Murrill.It is more suitable for cultivation in the northern high temperature period.This paper introduced edible value and growth characteristics of Agaricus blazei Murrill,and summarized the key technologies of industrialized cultivation,such as stockpiling,fermentation,sowing,earthling,fruiting management and etc..
