苗木快繁环境智能化监控系统设计与实现

摘要 苗木繁育种植是农民持续增收的重要途径,当前苗农普遍使用的设施育苗主要依靠人工管理,存在受外界气候条件干扰难以达到精准管理的问题,制约了产业的发展。针对目前存在的问题,本文设计了苗木快繁环境智能化监控系统,提出了整体设计结构,采用MicroSCADA300系列微控站、PLC和感知传感器设计出硬件结构,基于QTouch2.0组态软件开发了系统软件,设计了智能控制程序流程,实现了系统,并进行了实际应用测试。系统终端的智能监测调控功能可充分运用于生产工作中,系统的工作效果稳定可靠。该系统的应用能提升苗木快繁科学管理水平,对助力乡村振兴具有一定积极作用。 The breeding and planting of seedlings is an important way for farmers to continuously increase their income.Currently,the facility seedlings commonly used by seedling farmers mainly rely on manual management which has restricted the development of the industry under the influence of climate conditions.In order to solve the problem,an intelligent monitoring system was designed for the rapid propagation of seedlings with an overall design structure.The hardware structure was designed by using MicroSCADA300 series micro-control station,PLC and perception sensor.The system software was developed based on QTouch2.0 configuration software.The intelligent control program flow was designed,and the actual application test has been carried out.The intelligent monitoring and control functions of the system terminal can be fully applied in the production work,and the effects were stable and reliable.The application of the intelligent system can improve the scientific management level of rapid propagation of seedlings,and boost the rural revitalization strategy.
