摘要
平台型企业促进平台生态系统的形成,平台生态系统中不同价值网络为平台型企业创新能力的形成提供创新资源。运用典型案例描述法研究价值网络与平台型企业创新能力演化逻辑,对平台型企业创新实践具有现实指导意义。研究结果表明:基于“价值主张—价值创造—价值获取”过程,价值网络与平台型企业创新能力呈螺旋上升的共演规律,即在用户需求牵引下,平台型企业通过构建价值网络,不断利用创新资源,形成创新能力;在技术推动下,平台型企业创新能力促进资源再利用,使得价值网络迭代升级。其中,以“用户”“合作伙伴”“竞争者”为核心的不同价值网络分别促进需求洞见能力、协同创新能力与聚合能力的形成。
Platform enterprises promote the forming of a platform ecosystem.Different value networks in the platform ecosystem can provide innovative resources for the innovation ability of platform enterprises.The typical case description method is used to discuss the evolution logic of value networks and innovation ability.The results show that based on the process of“value proposition-value creation-value acquisition”,driven by user demands,platform enterprises construct value networks,and use innovative resources in the platform ecosystem,and form the innovation ability,and driven by technologies,the above innovation ability makes the value networks upgrade iteratively again.The different value networks with“users”,“partners”and“competitors”as the core help to promote the demand insight ability,collaborative innovation ability and aggregation ability respectively.
