摘要
动物脂肪的过度沉积不仅会降低胴体品质,还会危害动物健康,因此调控动物脂肪沉积对提高产品品质和健康具有重要意义。CD36又称脂肪酸转运酶,可介导脂肪酸的转运和摄取,在脂肪沉积调控中发挥重要作用。棕榈酰化是指16个碳原子的棕榈酸通过硫酯键与蛋白质的氨基酸残基相结合的一种蛋白质翻译后修饰。最新研究表明,CD36的棕榈酰化在脂肪沉积中发挥重要的调控作用。本文主要阐述了CD36的棕榈酰化对动物脂肪、心脏和肝脏等不同组织器官中脂肪沉积的调控作用,并对其中的机制进行初步的探讨,以期为深入了解棕榈酰化修饰对动物机体脂肪沉积的调控作用及其应用提供参考依据。
Excessive deposition of animal fat not only reduces the carcass quality,but also is detrimental to animal health.Therefore,regulating animal fat deposition is of great significance to improve the products quality and animal health.CD36,also known as fatty acid translocase,can mediate the transport and uptake of fatty acids,playing vital roles in the regulation of fat deposition.Palmitoylation refers to a kind of protein post-translational modification in which palmitic acid of 16 carbon atoms is combined with amino acid residues of the protein through thioester bonds.Recently,it has been shown that CD36 palmitoylation plays an important regulatory role in fat deposition.Thus,this article mainly reviewed the regulatory effects of CD36 palmitoylation on fat deposition in adipose tissue,heart and liver of animals,and preliminary discussed the possible underlying mechanisms.This review provides reference for further understanding about the regulatory role of palmitoylation in fat deposition and its potential application in animals.
