泌乳期云南半细毛羊能量需要量研究 被引量:4

Study on Energy Requirement of Yunnan Semi-Fine Wool Sheep during Lactation

摘要 本试验旨在研究泌乳期云南半细毛羊能量需要量,为建立云南半细毛羊饲养标准和繁育理论提供参考。将25只体况相近、经产2胎的泌乳期云南半细毛羊随机分成5组,每组5只羊。各组试验饲粮代谢能(ME)水平分别为8.05(Ⅰ组)、8.51(Ⅱ组)、9.03(Ⅲ组)、9.52(Ⅳ组)和10.00 MJ/kg(Ⅴ组),其他营养水平保持一致。饲养试验为期104 d,其中预试期14 d,正试期90 d。产羔当日为正试期起点,第1~30天为泌乳前期,第31~60天为泌乳中期,第61~90天为泌乳后期。结果表明:1)在泌乳期云南半细毛羊的总能消化率、总能代谢率和消化能代谢率中,均以泌乳前期为最高,其次为泌乳后期。2)泌乳期云南半细毛羊的ME与代谢体重(W^(0.75))、平均日增重(ADG)和泌乳量(MY)间的回归方程为:泌乳前期,ME=0.872W^(0.75)+0.009ADG+2.950 MY(R^(2)=0.987);泌乳中期,ME=0.733W^(0.75)-0.0009ADG+2.642MY(R^(2)=0.996);泌乳后期,ME=0.856W^(0.75)-0.011ADG+3.768MY(R^(2)=0.992)。通过回归方程得出,泌乳前期、中期和后期云南半细毛羊的维持ME需要量分别为0.872、0.733和0.856 MJ/kg W^(0.75);每产1 kg常乳的ME需要量分别为3.822、3.375和4.624 MJ。40、50和60 kg的云南半细毛羊,日泌乳量1 kg、无体重变化情况下,泌乳前期代谢能需要量分别为16.82、19.35和21.75 MJ/d;泌乳中期代谢能需要量分别为14.30、16.42和18.44 MJ/d;泌乳后期代谢能需要量分别为17.38、19.86和22.22 MJ/d。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the energy requirement of Yunnan semi-fine wool sheep during lactation,and to provide reference for establishing feeding standard and breeding theory of Yunnan semi-fine wool sheep.Twenty-five Yunnan semi-fine wool sheep with similar body condition and two pregnancies were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 sheep each group.The metabolizable energy(ME)levels of experimental diets in the 5 groups were 8.05(groupⅠ),8.51(groupⅡ),9.03(groupⅢ),9.52(groupⅣ)and 10.00 MJ/kg(groupⅤ),respectively,and the other nutrient levels in the diet were consistent.The feeding experiment period was 90 days,which concluded 14 days of pre-trial period and 90 days of formal trial period.The lambing day was the starting point of formal trial period,the 1st to 30th day was the pre-lactation,the 31st to 60th day was the mid-lactation,and the 61st to 90th was the late-lactation.The results showed as follows:1)in the gross energy digestibility,gross energy metabolism rate and digestible energy metabolism rate of Yunnan semi-fine wool sheep during lactation,the pre-lactation was the highest,followed by the late-lactation.2)In lactation,the relationship between ME and metabolic weight(W^(0.75)),average daily gain(ADG)and milk yield(MY)of Yunnan semi-fine wool sheep were:pre-lactation,ME=0.872W^(0.75)+0.009ADG+2.950MY(R^(2)=0.987);mid-lactation,ME=0.733W^(0.75)-0.0009ADG+2.642MY(R^(2)=0.996);late-lactation,ME=0.856W^(0.75)-0.011ADG+3.768MY(R^(2)=0.992).According to the regression equations,the maintenance ME requirements of Yunnan semi-fine wool sheep in the pre-lactation,mid-lactation and late-lactation were 0.872,0.733 and 0.856 MJ/kg W^(0.75),respectively;the ME requirements per 1 kg of MY were 3.822,3.375 and 4.624 MJ,respectively.The ME requirements of 40,50 and 60 kg Yunnan semifine wool sheep with per 1 kg of MY and no weight change were 16.82,19.35 and 21.75 MJ/d in the pre-lactation,respectively;14.30,16.42 and 18.44 MJ/d in the mid-lactation,respectively;17.38,19.86 and 22.22 MJ/d in the late-lactation,respectively.
