摘要
制绒是太阳电池表面处理过程中不可或缺的环节,制绒效果的好坏直接决定了太阳电池光电转换效率的高低,而金字塔尺寸的大小与排列的均匀程度是表征制绒效果的重要参数,同样会影响太阳电池的光电转换效率。以采用选择性发射极(SE)及钝化发射极和背接触(PERC)技术的单晶硅太阳电池(即“SE+PERC”单晶硅太阳电池)为例,通过调整该太阳电池制绒工艺中的工序内容,测试了工序内容调整后硅片制绒面的金字塔尺寸,测试结果显示:在制绒槽排出的溶液量与补加进去的溶液量相等的基础上,增加粗抛时的减重,降低NaOH溶液浓度或提高制绒添加剂的浓度,均可形成小而均匀的金字塔结构的绒面,从而可降低制备的“SE+PERC”太阳电池的接触电阻和漏电流,提升其光电转换效率。
Texturing is an indispensable link in the surface treatment process of solar cells.The quality of the texturing effect directly determines the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell,and the pyramid size and the arrangement uniformity are the characteristics of the texturing effect.These two characteristics also affect the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells.This paper takes mono-silicon solar cell using SE and PERC technology(ie“SE+PERC”mono-silicon solar cell)as an example,by adjusting the process content in the texturing process,the pyramid size of the silicon wafer textured surface after the process adjustment is tested.The test results show that on the basis that the amount of solution discharged from the texturing tank is equal to the amount of solution added,increasing the weight loss during rough polishing,reducing the NaOH solution concentration or increasing the texturing additives concentration can form small and uniform pyramid suede,and then reduce the contact resistance and leakage current and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell.
