摘要
铁模覆砂铸造生产的铸件具有尺寸精度高、表面光洁度好、铸件重量轻等优点,但对于尺寸较长、壁厚差异较大的箱壳铸件常存在铸造气孔、夹渣、裂纹等缺陷。通过对比,选用合适的浇注系统、落砂工艺等控制措施,生产一种长度为970 mm的箱壳铸铁件,试验发现其尺寸、性能合格,采取相应措施后,铸件大平面气孔、侧面夹渣、裂纹等缺陷问题得到有效解决,产品质量符合要求。
The castings produced by sand-coated iron mold have the advantages of high dimensional accuracy,good surface finish and light casting weight,but there are often defects such as casting holes,slag inclusion and cracks in the shell castings with long dimensions and large difference in wall thickness.Through comparison,the proper gating system,sand falling process and other control measures were selected to produce a 970 mm box cast iron.The size and properties of the castings were found to be qualified.After taking corresponding measures,the defects of the castings such as porosity in large plane,slag inclusion in side and cracks were effectively solved,and the quality of the castings met the requirements.
