摘要
通过实验数据分析,获得了EMS 4367材质的熔炼配料方案,并通过热处理控制铸件淬火出水温度、回火温度,最终改善该钢种的性能。研究表明:EMS 4367材质随着铸件淬火时出水温度的提高,强度明显降低,伸长率和断面收缩率明显提高,冲击韧性变化不大。在200℃回火后的冲击韧性明显高于220℃。
Through analysis of the experimental data,the melting batching scheme of EMS 4367 material was obtained.The impact property of the steel was finally improved by controlling the outlet temperature during quenching and tempering temperature of the casting.The results show that the impact property of EMS 4367 material has little relation with the water outlet temperature of the casting during quenching.With the increase of the water outlet temperature during quenching,the strength decreases obviously,the elongation and area shrinkage increase obviously.The research also shows that the impact property of the material at 200℃tempering is obviously higher than that at 220℃.
