摘要
为了获得铸态混合基体QT500-10,选用合理的化学成分和重稀土球化剂冲入法球化工艺,采用含Ba、Bi的孕育剂多次多元微量复合孕育工艺,并添加适量的合金Cu,提高球化率,从而生产出力学性能优于QT500-10的铸态混合基体球墨铸铁件。
In order to obtain QT500-10 mixed base type cast ductile iron,reasonable chemical composition and heavy RE spheroidizing agent were selected for punching spheroidizing process.The spheroidization rate was improved by adopting the multi-multiple micro-compound inoculation process with inoculant containing Ba and Bi and adding appropriate amount of alloy Cu.The mechanical properties of as-cast mixed base ductile iron were better than QT500-10.
