摘要
通过对铁路货车E级钢钩舌和两种不同化学成分钩舌进行实物疲劳对比试验,明确了单独提高强度或塑性时对钩舌疲劳寿命的影响规律。研究发现,在对E级钢进行材料优化时,强度水平保持基本不变的情况下,塑性的提高更有益于延长钩舌的最小使用寿命和平均寿命,并降低车钩钩舌断裂的风险。
The fatigue tests of E class steel hook of railway freight car and two kinds of hook with different chemical compositions were carried out.It is found that the improvement of plasticity is more beneficial to prolong the minimum service life and average life of the hook and reduce the risk of fracture of the hook under the condition that the strength level remains basically unchanged during material optimization of E class steel.
