缸体外腔夹砂铸造缺陷分析及改善对策 被引量:1

摘要 采用湿型砂造型线生产汽车发动机缸体铸件,铸件外腔容易出现夹砂结疤等铸造缺陷,清理难度大,有的铸件因外观不合格甚至报废。笔者结合实际生产案例,分别从型砂配比、浇注系统设计、砂型表面强度及涂料控制等方面进行研究,分析了缸体上铸型外腔夹砂、结疤等铸造缺陷产生的原因及改善对策,通过降低型砂水分、优化浇注系统、提高主机比压、控制喷涂质量等措施,解决了外腔夹砂、结疤等问题。 In the production of automobile engine cylinder block castings by wet sand molding line,casting defects such as sand scarring are easy to occur in the outer cavity of the castings,and it is difficult to clean up.Some castings are even scrapped because of unqualified appearance.Case,the author combined with the actual production from sand ratio,gating system design,control sand mould surface strength and coating,etc,are analyzed on the cylinder block casting external cavity casting defects such as sand inclusion,scarring the cause and the corrective action,by reducing the molding sand moisture,optimizing the pouring system,improving the host specific pressure to control the quality measures such as spraying,The problems of sand inclusion and scarring in outer cavity are solved.
