摘要
通过对国内铝合金轮毂生产工厂碳排放量的研究,探索在碳约束条件下的铝合金铸造行业碳排放核算方法及其影响因素。认为影响CO_(2)排放量的主要因素包括铝锭制备时清洁电力占比及其电解铝技术,铝合金铸造工厂清洁电力占比及其设备能源利用率和工厂余热利用率等;其中,提升清洁能源电力占比是减少碳排放量最直接方法,同时以清洁电能代替天然气能是铝合金铸造企业实现碳中和目标的必经之路。
Through the research of carbon emission in domestic aluminum alloy hub production plant,explores the carbon emission accounting method and its influencing factors in aluminum alloy casting industry under carbon constraints.It is thought that the main factors affecting carbon dioxide emissions include the proportion of clean power and electrolytic aluminum technology level,the proportion of clean power in aluminum alloy foundry and its equipment energy utilization and plant waste heat utilization,improving the proportion of clean energy power is the most direct method to reduce carbon emissions,and replacing clean energy of natural gas is the only way for aluminum alloy casting enterprises to achieve carbon neutralization goals.
