基于SD模型的杭州市再生水资源定价研究

摘要 针对当前城市再生水定价理论方法存在的缺陷,分析城市再生水定价过程中存在的随意定价和定价方法单一问题。通过运用系统动力学原理和方法,综合考虑成本、需求、供给以及用户接受程度等影响因素,构建基于系统动力学的再生水定价模型;在验证模型有效性基础上,以杭州市为例,对其2007-2025年再生水水价进行仿真分析。根据再生水水价仿真结果,设计3种不同的情景方案,并通过再生水价格模型模拟方案的优越性,为制定科学、合理的再生水水价提供参照。 In view of the defects of the current pricing theory of urban reclaimed water,this paper analyzes the random pricing and single pricing method in the pricing process of urban reclaimed water.By applying the principles and methods of system dynamics and taking into account the influencing factors of cost,demand,supply and user acceptance,a system dynamics-based pricing model for reclaimed water is constructed.On the basis of verifying the validity of the model,a simulation analysis was conducted on the reclaimed water price in Hangzhou for the period 2007-2025,taking the city as an example.Based on the results of the reclaimed water price simulation,three different scenarios are designed and the superiority of the scenarios is simulated through the reclaimed water price model to provide a reference for the development of a scientific and reasonable reclaimed water price.
