摘要 随着转录组学及生物信息学技术的发展,环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)和骨科疾病的相关研究成为新的热点之一。现有基础研究证实,circRNA通过多种途径在成骨细胞、破骨细胞的生成及骨髓间充质干细胞分化过程中起重要作用,从而影响骨形成和骨吸收。研究还表明circRNA在骨质疏松症中占有重要地位,已发现了一些和骨质疏松症发生、发展、治疗及预防相关的差异表达circRNA,后续的验证实验也初步发现circRNA参与骨质疏松症的发生、发展及防治相关的一些可能分子机制。因此,进一步开展circRNA的深入研究不仅有助于揭示骨质疏松症的分子生物学发病机制,也可为骨质疏松症的诊断及防治提供新的研究思路。 With the advancement of transcriptome and bioinformatics technologies,research on circular RNA(circRNA)and orthopedic disorders has emerged as a new hotspot.Existing fundamental research have established that circRNA plays a crucial role in the development of osteoblasts and osteoclasts,as well as the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,impacting bone production and bone resorption in a number of ways.CircRNA has also been discovered to have an essential role in osteoporosis,with certain differentially expressed circRNA linked to the occurrence,development,treatment,and prevention of osteoporosis.Following validation tests have also shown several preliminary molecular pathways through which circRNA may be implicated in the incidence,development,prevention,and therapy of osteoporosis.As a result,future research into circRNA will not only help us understand the basic biological etiology of osteoporosis,but also will give new research ideas for osteoporosis diagnosis,prevention,and treatment.
