正弦交变电磁场调控骨代谢

摘要 健康状态下骨的生成与吸收过程维持着稳定的动态平衡,其主要通过细胞增殖、分化和凋亡完成骨组织代谢过程。受某些因素影响,骨吸收与骨重建之间稳定状态失衡,骨组织代谢性疾病随之发生。研究发现,正弦交变电磁场(sinusoidal electromagnetic fields,SEMFs)作为一种极低频电磁场通过与生物体内的电场磁场相互耦合共振,产生非热效应,在骨代谢平衡的调控中具有显著的影响。相关研究报道SEMFs通过促进骨髓间充质干细胞、成骨细胞的成骨分化、抑制破骨细胞的骨吸收活性,从而调控骨组织的代谢过程。本文综述近年来国内外针对SEMFs调控骨代谢的相关文献,阐述SEMFs调控骨代谢的窗效应以及调控的作用机制。 The process of bone formation and absorption maintains a stable dynamic balance in healthy state,which completes bone metabolism mainly through cell proliferation,differentiation,and apoptosis.Affected by some factors,the stable state between bone resorption and bone reconstruction is unbalanced,and metabolic diseases of bone occur.It has been found that sinusoidal alternating electromagnetic fields(SEMFs),as an extremely low frequency electromagnetic field,can produce non thermal effect by coupling with the electric and magnetic fields in vivo,which has a significant effect on the regulation of bone metabolism balance.Related studies have reported that SEMFs can regulate bone metabolism by promoting the osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to osteoblasts and inhibiting the bone resorption activity of osteoclasts.In this paper,we review the literature on the regulation of bone metabolism by SEMFs at home and abroad in recent years,and briefly describe the window effect and mechanism of SEMFs in regulating bone metabolism.
