江苏省高速公路造价指标变化特点及影响因素研究

Research on the change characteristics and influencing factors of highway cost index in Jiangsu Province

为了更科学的把握项目规模、合理控制工程造价,解决工程造价资本金占比,对地方的财政压力,开展高速公路造价指标变化特点及影响因素研究,分别评价江苏省高速没公路造价水平及常用分项,并对影响造价变化的因素进行分析,然后提出合理的造价控制措施。结果表明:江苏省高速公路每公里造价十五年间上涨了143.2%,年均复合增长率为6.1%;除了人工单价、材料单价的原因外,还有高速公路建设环境、理念、标准、体量的变化造成了造价提升。因此需要在项目研究及建设阶段进行造价深入科学的研究。

In order to control the scale and cost of the project more scientifically and reasonably,settle the project cost capital proportion and the local financial pressure,the research on the characteristics and influencing factors of highway cost index changes is carried out. The cost level and common use of highways in Jiangsu Province are evaluated respectively and the factors that affect the cost changes are analyzed. Reasonable cost control measures are proposed. The results show that the cost of highway per kilometer in Jiangsu Province has risen by 143.2% in fifteen years,with an average annual compound growth rate of 6.1%. In addition to the unit price of labor and materials,there are also factors related to the highway construction environment,concept,standard,and volume which are result in the increase of cost. Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth and scientific research on the cost during the project investigation and construction stage.
