姜黄素治疗膝骨关节炎的相关分子机制及研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 姜黄素在治疗膝骨关节炎方面有着显著的作用,它可通过多种途径促进关节软骨细胞增殖,减缓或抑制炎症因子对软骨细胞的破坏,延缓软骨细胞凋亡,调节成骨细胞与破骨细胞以防止软骨下骨的异常改变,有效减轻炎症细胞对软骨的侵蚀,清除关节软骨活性氧自由基。但目前仅局限于细胞及动物实验,姜黄素投入临床使用还需更多实验研究证实。综述姜黄素治疗膝骨关节炎相关机制及进展,为姜黄素的进一步实验研究与投入临床应用奠定基础。
