摘要
工程建设过程中,不良地质段加强支护造孔总是容易出现反复塌孔、堵孔的施工风险,导致施工质量及安全性得不到有效保障。采用JHE-50型锚固工程钻机进行套管跟管钻进施工可以解决此类施工难题,以云南省晋红高速小坡山大桥桥址区边坡加强支护的成功案例阐释不良地质段锚索造孔套管跟管钻进技术施工方法和技术控制要点。
During the construction of the project,the construction risk of repeated collapse and hole plugging is always easy to occur in the reinforcement of support and hole-making in unfavorable geological section,which results in that the construction quality and safety can not be effectively guaranteed.In this paper,JHE-50 anchoring engineering drilling rig is used for casing and pipe following drilling to solve such construction problems.Taking the reinforcement support of side slope of Xiaoposhan Bridge of Jinhong High Speed in Yunnan Province as an example,this paper explains the construction method and technical control points of anchor cable drilling sleeve and pipe following drilling technology in bad geological section.
