Taking a rural highway construction task in Yuanjiang County as an example,this paper introduces the specific methods of constructing the integrated project management mode.In actual work,EPC general contracting project management system is currently well applied.The focus of project management should be determined by combining the factors that will affect the quality of highway engineering construction and professional managers should be arranged to carry out basic management.The key is to improve infrastructure construction and apply modern technology to improve project management.The purpose is to save highway construction cost,control construction quality and use safety,and ensure the smooth putting highway into use.
