弹性胶泥缓冲器关键参数对快捷列车纵向冲动的影响 被引量:2

摘要 根据弹性胶泥缓冲器的结构原理,构建了基于速度型的弹性胶泥缓冲器模型,利用空气制动和纵向动力学联合仿真系统,分析了弹性胶泥缓冲器关键参数对快捷列车纵向冲动的影响。仿真结果表明:缓冲器的初压力和弹性胶泥的流动指数对列车的纵向冲动影响较大,而与机构相关的综合等效刚度对列车的纵向冲动影响较小。随着缓冲器初压力的不断增大,车钩力和加速度最大值均逐渐增大;初压力由20 kN增大到100 kN时,列车车钩力最大值增长了14.4%;加速度最大值增长了32.9%;胶泥流动指数在0.1~0.5内变化时,车钩力和加速度最大值变化较小;胶泥指数在0.5~0.9内变化时,车钩力和加速度最大值均随胶泥流动指数的增加呈指数级增长。胶泥流动指数在0.5~0.9内变化时,车钩力最大值增大了51.7%;加速度最大值增幅为59.5%。这为新型弹性胶泥缓冲器结构参数的设计提供了理论指导。 Here, according to structural principle of elastic polymer draft gear, a speed-based elastic polymer draft gear model was established, and the joint simulation system of air braking and longitudinal dynamics was used to analyze effects of key parameters of elastic polymer draft gear on longitudinal impulse of rapid speed wagon. The simulation results showed that initial pressure of draft gear and flow index of elastic polymer more largely affect longitudinal impulse of rapid speed wagon, while comprehensive equivalent stiffness related to mechanisms affects longitudinal impulse of rapid speed wagon less;with increase in initial pressure of draft gear, the maximum values of coupler force and acceleration increase gradually;when initial pressure increases from 20 kN to 100 kN, the maximum value of rapid speed wagon coupler force increases by 14.4%, the maximum acceleration increases by 32.9%;when polymer flow index varies in the range of 0.1-0.5, the maximum values of coupler force and acceleration vary less;when polymer index changes in the range of 0.5-0.9, the maximum values of coupler force and acceleration increase exponentially with increase in polymer flow index;when polymer flow index changes in the range of 0.5-0.9, the maximum coupler force increases by 51.7%, the maximum acceleration increases by 59.5%;the study results can provide a theoretical guidance for designing structural parameters of new elastic polymer draft gear.
