气垫钉鞋在短跑中存在的问题与对策

摘要 本文通过对运动员穿着气垫钉鞋可以取得更好成绩的体育界事件进行深入思考,结合气垫的构造原理以及对受力后的反馈,根据短跑的训练学特点,分析跑动过程中技术动作的细微变化,提出在训练中需要改进的方向。根据短跑的生理学特点,分析气垫钉鞋的运用对肌肉发力产生的变化,提出气垫钉鞋可能对短跑技术的及训练的影响,供相关人员参考。 This article makes deep thinking about the sports events where the athletes have achieved better results,combines the construction principle of the air cushion and the feedback after the stress,analyzes the subtle changes of the technical movements according to the sprint training characteristics,and puts forward the direction to be improved in the training.According to the physiological characteristics of sprint,the analysis of the use of air cushion nail shoes on muscle force changes,and proposed the impact of air cushion nail shoes on sprint technology and training,for the reference of relevant personnel.
