摘要
为了研究雌激素在大豆体内的富集情况,以雌二醇(Estradiol, E2)和乙炔雌二醇(Ethinyl estradiol, EE2)为研究对象,探讨了其对大豆下胚轴生长的影响及其在大豆植株不同部位的富集特点.结果表明:随着E2浓度的升高,大豆萌发的抑制作用随之增强;E2和EE2均在大豆的果实和根部中富集,而在大豆的茎叶中未检测到E2和EE2.
Soybean is an important food crop and oil crop.In order to study the accumulation of estrogen in soybean, the effects of estradiol(E2) and ethinyl estradiol(EE2) on the growth of soybean hypocotyl and the accumulation characteristics in different parts of soybean plant were investigated.The results showed that the inhibition of soybean germination was enhanced with the increase of E2 concentration.E2 and EE2 were enriched in the fruits and roots of soybean, but not detected in the stems and leaves of soybean.
