摘要
通过问卷调查的方式对云南省S校现代学徒制试点专业学生培养模式认同感现状进行调查。调查结果显示学生认同感整体不高,不同生源地、不同家庭经济情况、不同学习成绩情况以及不同选择现代学徒制原因的学生,对现代学徒制的认同感都存在显著差异。通过多元线性回归,确定企业师傅、学校老师和规章制度是影响学生模式认同感的关键因素。在分析结果的基础上,从政府、企业、学校与学生自身层面提出认同感提升的对策建议。
It is quite clear that the survey is conducted by means of questionnaires to investigate the current situation of students’ identification with the training model of modern apprenticeship in S college of Yunnan Province. The results show that students’ identity seems a little bit low. Also, there are significant differences in different student sources, family economic situations, and academic performance. Similarly, it seems there are different reasons to choose modern apprenticeship. Through multiple linear regression, it means that corporate masters, school teachers and rules are key factors, which might affect students’ sense of identity. Based on the analysis of the results, the paper tries to recommend some countermeasures so as to improve students’ sense of identity from the perspectives of government, enterprises,colleges and students.
