摘要
目的:通过分析新安名医许芝泉临证使用鲜药的规律和特点,为皖南新安医学的鲜药文献研究和临床使用鲜药提供借鉴。方法:对《许芝泉五十年临证医案精粹》中的医案和处方进行梳理,将处方和医案纳入Microsoft Excel软件,汇总、分析处方中鲜药的使用情况。结果:医案中使用鲜药的病种为10个,治疗时病使用鲜药品种最多,且以温病为主。鲜药使用品种16种,使用频次98次,处方中既有鲜药单用又有多味鲜药联用。结论:许芝泉先生善于利用鲜药较干品更为凉润滋阴的特点进行临证治疗,亦能多味鲜药联用,为临床医师学习鲜药应用特点和经验,促进临床使用鲜药提供依据。
Objective:By analyzing the regularity and characteristics of the clinical use of fresh herbs by Xu Zhiquan,a famous doctor in Xin’an,this paper provides reference for the literature research of fresh herbs and clinical use of fresh herbs in Xin’an medicine in southern Anhui province.Methods:The medical cases and prescriptions in“The Essence of Xu Zhiquan’s Fifty Years of Clinical Medical Cases”were sorted out,and the prescriptions and medical cases were incorporated into Microsoft Excel software to summarize and analyze the use of fresh herbs in the prescriptions.Results:In the medical records,there were 10 diseases in which fresh herbs were used,most of which were for warm diseases.There were 16 varieties of fresh herbs,with 98 times of use frequency.The prescription included single use of fresh herbs and combined use of multi-taste fresh herbs.Conclusion:Master Xu Zhiquan is good at making use of the characteristics of fresh herbs,which is cooler and moister than dry herbs for clinical treatment,and he can also use fresh herbs together,which provides basis for clinicians to learn the application characteristics and experience of fresh herbs and promote clinical use of fresh herbs.
