半夏泻心汤加味治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤30例

Clinical study of Banxia Xiexin decoction in treating 30 cases of gastrointestinal cancer

目的:观察半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂证型胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组服用半夏泻心汤加味,对照组服用马来酸曲美布汀片,疗程均为4周。观察两组的总有效率、中医证候疗效及生活质量的改善情况。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为100%(30/30)和86.76%(26/30),治疗组的总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的中医证候总积分、各项主证评分和体能状态卡氏评分(Karnofsky Performace Status,KPS)改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂证型胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者,有助于提高患者生活质量,减轻患者胃脘痞满、口干口苦、便溏等临床症状,且起效迅速,安全性好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction(半夏泻心汤)in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer patients with syndrome of intermingled heat and cold.Methods:60 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases each group.The treatment group took Banxia Xiexin decoction while the control group took trimebutine maleate tablets.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The total effective rate,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome and the improvement of quality of life were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 100%(30/30)and 86.76%(26/30)respectively,and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM syndrome total score,main syndrome score and Karnofsky performance status(KPS)in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin decoction can improve the quality of life and alleviate the clinical symptoms of gastrointestinal cancer patients with syndrome of intermingled heat and cold.
