中医护理在老年髋关节置换术患者中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of TCM nursing in senile hip replacement patients

目的:探讨中医护理在老年髋关节置换术患者中的应用价值分析。方法:将2019年1月-2020年3月在东莞市中西医结合医院骨科治疗的82例老年髋关节置换术患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用中医护理,对比两组的术后疼痛程度、并发症发生率、髋关节Harris评分变化。结果:术后3 d、5 d的疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组感染、下肢静脉血栓、便秘、压疮、髋关节脱位等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后2周、4周、8周的髋关节Harris评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理在老年髋关节置换术患者中的应用价值显著,能有效缓解术后疼痛,降低并发症发生率,促进髋关节功能的提高。

Objective:To explore the application value analysis of TCM nursing in senile hip replacement patients.Methods:A total of 82 elderly patients undergoing hip arthroplasty in Dongguan Integrative Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional nursing care and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing care.The postoperative pain degree,incidence of complications and Harris score of hip joint were compared between the two groups.Results:VAS pain score on 3 d and 5 d after surgery of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as infection,venous thrombosis of lower limbs,constipation,pressure ulcers and dislocation of hip joint in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Harris score of hip joint in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 2,4 and 8 weeks after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the elderly hip replacement patients is significant,it can effectively relieve postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the improvement of hip function.
