吴茱萸外敷神阙穴对保胆术后患者胃肠功能恢复的研究

Study on external application of evodia elata pericardium at Shenque point on the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after gallbladder protection

目的:在微创保胆术后患者中寻求经济、安全有效的中医外治法促进其胃肠功能恢复,达到快速康复的目的。方法:将肇庆市中医院普外科符合纳入标准的胆囊结石患者170例,随机分为观察组(90例)及对照组(80例),均行腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创保胆术,观察组术后予吴茱萸热罨包外敷神阙穴,对照组术后予常规治疗。观察两组术后肠鸣音恢复时间及肛门首次排气排便时间。结果:观察组肠鸣音恢复时间及肛门排气、排便时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:微创保胆术后患者通过吴茱萸热罨包外敷神阙穴能促进胃肠功能恢复,可加速患者康复。

Objective:To seek economic,safe and effective external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and to achieve the purpose of rapid rehabilitation in the minimally invasive biliary surgery patients.Methods:A total of 170 patients with cholecystolithiasis who met the inclusion criteria in the general surgery department of Zhaoqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangdong Province were randomly divided into the observation group(90 cases)and the control group(80 cases),all of whom underwent laparoscopic cholecystolithiasis combined with minimally invasive choledochoscopy.The observation group was treated with evodia elata pericardium externally application at Shenque acupoint after surgery,and the control group received routine treatment after surgery.The recovery time of bowel sound and the time of first anal defecation were observed.Results:The recovery time of bowel sounds and the time of anal exhaust and defecation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:After minimally invasive biliary protection,evodia elata pericardium externally application at Shenque acupoint can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and accelerate the recovery of patients.
