独活寄生汤联合手法按摩对腰椎间盘突出患者VAS评分及腰椎功能的影响

Effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with manipulation massage on VAS score and lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨独活寄生汤联合手法按摩对腰椎间盘突出患者视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分及腰椎功能的影响。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月-2020年4月就诊于佛山市禅城区人民医院的75例腰椎间盘突出患者临床资料,将37例采用独活寄生汤联合手法按摩治疗的患者资料纳入观察组,将38例采用手法按摩治疗的患者资料纳入对照组,均治疗2个月。比较两组VAS评分及腰椎功能。结果:治疗2个月后,两组VAS评分均较治疗前降低,日本骨科协会(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)评估治疗评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组变化大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出患者采用独活寄生汤联合手法按摩可减轻患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction(独活寄生汤)combined with manipulation massage on VAS score and lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:The clinical data of 75 patients with lumbar disc treated from January 2019 to April 2020 in Foshan Chancheng District People's Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.37 patients received Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with manipulation massage were in the observation group,the 38 patients treated with massage treatment were in the control group,and both groups were treated for 2 months,visual analogue scale score(VAS)and lumbar function of two groups were compared.Results:After 2 months of treatment,VAS scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and scores of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)were higher than those before treatment,there were significant changes in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with manipulation massage can relieve pain and improve lumbar function in treating patients with lumbar disc herniation.
