经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗以腹痛为主要表现的老年性腰椎压缩性骨折1例

One case of PKP treatment of abdominal pain as the main manifestation of the elderly lumbar compression fracture

目的:经皮椎体后凸成形术(Percutaneous Kyphoplasty,PKP)治疗以腹痛为主要表现的老年性腰椎压缩性骨折临床诊疗观察。方法:以腹痛为主要表现的腰椎压缩性骨折临床少见,需逐步排除明确诊断,并以PKP治疗。结果:治疗后症状缓解,效果明确。结论:以腹痛为主要表现的腰椎压缩性骨折需结合临床,明确诊断,以PKP治疗,效果显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of PKP treatment of abdominal pain as the main manifestation of the elderly lumbar compression fracture.Methods:Abdominal pain as the main manifestation of lumbar compression fracture is clinically rare,which needs to be ruled out step by step in diagnosis and receives PKP treatment.Results:After treatment,the symptoms were relieved and the effect was clear.Conclusion:Abdominal pain as the main manifestations of lumbar compression fractures need to be combined with clinical clear diagnosis and receives PKP treatment,the effect is significant.
