消坚排石汤用于肾结石治疗中的疗效观察

Efficacy of Xiaojianpaishi decoction on kidney stones

目的:分析消坚排石汤治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法:随机选取2018年2月-2019年10月入济宁市中医院治疗的肾结石患者135例,以治疗方法进行分组,为观察组(68例)和对照组(67例)。对照组给予双氢克尿噻、山莨菪碱口服,观察组在此基础上给予消坚排石汤内服。结果:观察组患者的肾结石治疗总有效率(95.59%,65/68)高于对照组(77.61%,52/67),P<0.05。治疗前相比患者的尿β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-microglobulin,β_(2)-MG)、血β_(2)-MG、肌酐(Creatinine,Cr)、尿素氮(Blood Urea Nitrogen,BUN)等肾功能指标值,两组均相当,P>0.05;但治疗后以上4项指标值,观察组均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:消坚排石汤治疗肾结石,临床效果显著,且对患者肾功能有明显改善效果,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Xiaojian Paishi decoction(消坚排石汤)on renal calculi.Methods:A total of 135 patients with renal calculi admitted to our department from February 2018 to October 2019 were randomly selected and divided into observation group(68 cases)and control group(67 cases).The control group was treated with dihydrogram thiouracil and anisodamine,and the observation group was treated with Xiaojian Paishi decoction more.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(95.59%,65/68)was higher than the control group(77.61%,52/67),P<0.05.Before treatment,compared with the patients'renal function indexes such as urineβ_(2)-mg,bloodβ_(2)-mg,Cr,BUN,the two groups were equivalent,P>0.05;but after treatment,the above four indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Xiaojianpaishi decoction is a safe and effective method for the treatment of renal calculi,which has a significant clinical effect and a significant improvement effect on the renal function of patients.
