清脂调肝丸对小鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝病代谢的影响研究

Effects of Qingzhi Tiaogan pill on metabolism of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in mice

目的:研究清脂调肝丸对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease,NAFLD)小鼠脂质代谢异常的调节作用,筛选生物标志物。方法:将150只小鼠[动物生产许可证:SCXK(川)2015-030,动物使用许可证:SCXK(川)2019-189]按正常组、对照组、模型组的要求进行喂养,各50只,测定血脂和转氨酶的变化,并应用LC-MS/MS建立的脂质组学的研究方法,研究清脂调肝丸对脂质代谢的影响,寻找潜在生物标志物。结果:将模型组与空白组、对照组相比较,可以发现清脂调肝丸具有明显的降脂护肝的作用,可以改善小鼠的血脂异常和肝功能异常。正常组、模型组血浆脂质明显分离,鉴定了血浆中受清脂调肝丸影响的12种主要的生物标志物。结论:清脂调肝丸对非酒精性脂肪性肝病小鼠的脂质代谢具有一定的改善和缓解作用,效果明显。

Objective:To study the regulatory effect of Qingzhi Tiaogan pill(清脂调肝丸)on abnormal lipid metabolism in mice with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and to screen biomarkers.Methods:The 150cases of mice were fed according to the requirements of the normal group,the control group and the model group,the changes of blood lipids and transaminoenzymes were measured,and the lipid omics method established by LC-MS/MS was used to study the effect of Qingzhi Tiaogan pill on lipid metabolism,and to look for potential biomarkers.Results:Comparing the model group with the blank group and the control group,it was found that Qingzhi Tiaogan pill had obvious effect on lowering fat and protecting liver,and could improve the dyslipidemia and liver function in mice.The plasma lipids in the normal group and the model group were obviously separated.Twelve main biomarkers in plasma affected by Qingzhi Tiaogan pill were identified.Conclusion:Qingzhi Tiaogan pill can improve and alleviate the lipid metabolism in mice with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
