摘要
以进口大豆为研究对象,开展智能通风技术在高大浅圆仓中的应用效果研究。试验选取6栋浅圆仓,针对阿根廷进口的不同粮情的大豆,分别设置两个试验组,分别比较智能通风与手动通风的降温效果、单位能耗、水分损耗等指标变化情况。结果表明:智能通风相比手动通风,能够捕捉有效通风时机,避免低效通风和有害通风现象的发生,从而减轻保管人员的劳动强度,节约电耗和熏蒸、水分减量等方面费用,提高粮库自动化水平,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Taking imported soybeans as the research object,our company studies the application effect of intelligent ventilation technology in lofty squat silo through lest method.According to the country and grain situation of imported soybean,two experimental groups were set up to compare the ventilation cooling effect,energy consumption per ton,water loss and other indicators of intelligent ventilation and manual ventilation in lofty squat silo.The two groups of test objects are soybean from six squat silos.The results show that compared with manual ventilation,intelligent ventilation can capture the ventilation opportunity,effectively avoid harmful ventilation and low efficiency ventilation,save energy and reduce consumption,and gready reduce labor intensity,and then save the cost of e-lectricity,fumigation,moisture reduction and other aspects,and improve the automation level of our company,which has significant economic and social benefits.
