摘要
通过三种不同风机组合成的两种不同的通风方式试验对比,探索东南沿海地区浅圆仓进口大豆冬季通风降温的最适方法。试验结果表明:功率为18.5 kW的离心风机+功率为1.5 kW的轴流风机的组合通风方式可降温至11.4℃,其单位能耗为0.117 kW·h/(t・℃);功率为1&5 kW的离心风机+功率为1.5 kW的轴流风机+功率为30 kW的离心风机的组合通风方式可降温至13.9℃,其单位能耗为0.152 kW·h/(t•℃),前者的效果更为理想。
Based on two ventilation model with three fan combinations,the methods with ventilation to control temperature of imported-soybean bulk stored in squat silo were evaluated to find one optimum combination in China's southeast coast.The results showed:1)The combination model with centrifugal fan of 18.5 kW plus axial fan of 1.5 kW,which energy consumption per unit was 0.152 kW・h/(t·℃),controlled temperature of imported-soy-bean bulk to 11.4℃.2)The combination model with centrifugal fan of 1&5 kW plus axial fan of 1.5 kW plus centrifugal fan of 30 kW,which energy consumption per unit was 0.152 kW•h/(t·℃),controlled temperature of imported-soybean bulk to 13.9T.So,the former,as fast cooling,lower energy consumption per unit and low price,should be a suitable ventilation model to imported-soybean stored in squat silo on China9s southeast coast.
