高大平房仓横竖向通风降温保水效能对比 被引量:8

COMPARATIVE STUDY ON COOLING AND WATER RETENTION EFFICIENCY OF HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL VENTILATION IN LARGE WAREHOUSE

摘要 为研究对比横向通风系统和竖向通风系统在高大平房仓中应用时的通风降温保水效能,在第五储粮生态区(中温高湿储粮区),以晚粳稻谷为研究对象,在自然环境、仓储条件基本相同的条件下进行通风作业,研究对比两种通风模式下在相同单位通风量、相同降温范围内的通风降温效果、水分损失和能耗等。结果表明,在通风前后相同的降温幅度下,横向通风系统需要的通风时间为竖向通风系统的2.1倍,通风能耗为竖向通风系统的1.5倍,两种通风模式下最终的粮温均匀度相差不大,但横向通风系统对粮温均匀度影响更大,横向通风系统整仓粮食通风水分流失率较竖向通风系统低0.3%,表明横向通风系统的通风经济效益显著优于竖向通风系统。 In order to study and compare the water retention efficiency of horizontal ventilation system and vertical ventilation system in large warehouse,taking Zhejiang as an example in the fifth ecological grain storage area(medium temperature and high humidity grain storage area),taking late japonica rice as the research object,the ventilation operation was carried out under the same natural environment and storage conditions,and the ventilation and cooling eflect,water loss and energy consumption of the two ventilation modes in the same univentilation volume and the same cooling range were compared.The results showed that under the same cooling range before and after ventilation,the ventilation time required by the transverse ventilation system was 2.1 times that of the vertical ventilation system,and the ventilation energy consumption was 1.5 times that of the vertical ventilation system,The air and water diversion loss rate of the transverse ventilation system is 0.3%lower than that of the vertical ventilation system,which indicates that the economic benefit of the transverse ventilation system is significantly better than that of the vertical ventilation system.
