钱谞及夫人向氏墓志考释

A Textual Research on the Epitaph of Qian Xu and His Wife Madam Xiang

现存于洛阳千唐志斋博物馆的北宋钱谞及夫人向氏墓志,记载了吴越钱氏后代钱谞的世系、仕官经历、个人品行及姻亲家室等情况。钱谞出身于吴越世家,家族恩荫为钱谞提供了入仕之便。墓志中所载钱谞通过郊恩得官,其所得官职的途径、大小及后续升迁,对研究北宋时期恩荫制的发展演变具有重要价值。钱谞及夫人向氏墓志中所载钱景升夫妇及钱谞夫妇四人的丧葬情况,也是北宋时期社会丧葬礼俗的一个缩影。

The epitaph of Qian Xu and his wife Madam Xiang of the Northern Song dynasty, now stored in the Qiantangzhizhai Museum in Luoyang, records the lineage, official experience, personal conduct and marital relationship of Qian Xu, the descendant of the Qian family in Wu and Yue. Qian Xu was born in an aristocratic family of Wu and Yue. His family’s grace gave him access to official positions. The way, rank and subsequent promotion of Qian’s official position through Jiao En mentioned in the epitaph are of great value to the study of the development and evolution of grace shade system in the Northern Song dynasty. The funerals of Qian Jingsheng and his wife, Qian Xu and his wife, recorded in the epitaphs are also an epitome of the funeral rites and customs in the Northern Song dynasty.
