Failure Analysis on Cracking of High Pressure Hose Body for A Commercial Vehicle

为确定某商用车高压软管管体的爆裂原因,从制造工艺、安装形态、性能分析等方面着手,对高压软管进行了分析。结果表明,高压软管所用材料满足技术要求,制造工艺未见质量问题,软管管体爆裂是由安装形态导致。高压软管在安装后,使用过程中受扭曲、弯曲、振动、脉冲压力等综合作用,编织层的编织角度产生较大的变化,软管承压性能会降低,最终软管管体爆裂失效。

In order to determine the burst cause of the high-pressure hose body of a commercial vehicle, the high-pressure hose is analyzed from the aspects of manufacturing process, installation form and performance analysis.The results show that the materials used in the high-pressure hose meet the technical requirements, the manufacturing process has no quality problems, and the burst of the hose body is caused by the installation deformation. After the high-pressure hose is installed, due to the combined effects of distortion, bending, vibration and pulse pressure, the braiding angle of the braid changes greatly, the pressure bearing performance of the hose will be reduced, and finally the hose body will burst and fail.
