车内气体气味特性及气味开发技术路线探讨

车内气味客观化研究已经成为当下的趋势。为了使车内气味及其气体特性研究更加科学合理,以更为客观高效的手段指导整车车内气味开发,对各类气体类型嗅觉阈值与气体官能团及气体相关特性进行规律性分析,对车内气味气体的类型及其特性,从阈值、气味类型、计算方法等角度进行分析和研究。总结出车内气味气体特性规律,并依此制定车内气味客观化管控、气味分析、气味设计技术路线。车内气味气体的特性研究可以为车内气味的客观化参数化提供支持,指导工程人员更加科学高效地开展整车车内气味开发。

The objectification study on vehicle interior odor has become a trend nowadays.In order to make the research on the odor and gas characteristics in the vehicle more scientific and reasonable,and guide the odor development in the vehicle with more objective and efficient means,this paper makes regularity analysis on the olfactory thresholds of various gas types,gas functional groups and gas related characteristics,analyzes and studies the types and characteristics of odor gases in the vehicle from the perspectives of threshold,odor types and calculation methods.The paper also summarizes the characteristic law of odor gas in the vehicle,formulates the technical route of objective odor control,odor analysis and odor design.The research on the characteristics of vehicle odor gas can provide support for the objectification and parameterization of vehicle odor,and guide engineers to develop vehicle odor more scientifically and efficiently.
