PD-1/PD-L1在卵巢癌化疗耐药机制中的相关研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 卵巢癌患者确诊时多已为晚期,治疗时的高复发率及多药耐药一直是临床亟需解决的问题。改善晚期卵巢癌患者的生存情况是抗肿瘤治疗的最终目的。目前越来越多的证据表明,卵巢癌是一种免疫原性疾病,免疫逃逸机制在肿瘤发生、发展中扮演重要角色。近年有关PD-1/PD-L1的靶向治疗和免疫治疗在临床研究中获得突破性进展,不仅明确PD-1/PD-L1是肿瘤免疫逃逸的关键分子,而且与化疗药物的敏感性紧密相关。该文从PD-1/PD-L1的角度对卵巢癌化疗耐药的相关机制作一综述,探索PD-1/PD-L1在卵巢癌化疗耐药中的作用,以便为复发或耐药的卵巢癌患者寻找更多的逆转机会。
