摘要
为有效利用已有设计知识以快速响应市场需求,提出了产品设计知识建模的基本方法,对产品设计创新过程中的知识获取、知识分类、知识表达、知识库系统构建进行研究。结果表明:文中提出的基于本体知识表示方式的建模方法,可有效实现机械产品设计知识的快速维护、存储和检索;建立面向机械产品设计系统的知识管理体系,为使用者提供知识检索、重用、创新和应用的理论基础,在产品设计过程中简化了设计步骤,降低了设计难度,有效缩短设计周期。
In order to effectively use the existing design knowledge to quickly respond to the market demand,the basic method of product design knowledge modeling is proposed,and the knowledge acquisition,knowledge classification,knowledge expression and knowledge base system construction in the process of product design innovation are studied.The results show that the modeling method based on ontology knowledge representation proposed in this paper can effectively realize the rapid maintenance,storage and retrieval of mechanical product design knowledge;A knowledge management system for mechanical product design system is established to provide users with the theoretical basis of knowledge retrieval,reuse,innovation and application.In the process of product design,the design steps are simplified,the design difficulty is reduced and the design cycle is effectively shortened.
