风电机组机舱罩框架设计与吊装调姿过程载荷分析 被引量:1

摘要 风电机组的机舱罩,一般通过框架固定于机舱铸件。为了适应大型风电机组的使用要求,结合风场实际运行经验,设计了一种结构简单、安装与维护方便的机舱罩框架,对其结构进行了有限元分析与计算。同时,分析了装配时框架吊装调姿过程的载荷变化情况,为机舱罩框架的设计与应用提供了参考。 The nacelle cover of the wind turbine is generally fixed to the nacelle casting through the frame.In order to meet the use requirements of large-scale wind turbine units,combined with the actual operation experience of the wind farm,a nacelle cover frame with simple structure,convenient installation and easy maintenance is designed,and its structure is analyzed and calculated by finite element method.At the same time,the load change during frame hoisting and attitude adjustment during assembly is analyzed,which provides a reference for the design and application of nacelle hood frame.
