四驱车辆扭矩管理器的响应时间,是四驱系统的一个重要参数。本文通过对采用比例电磁阀控制的扭矩管理器机械部分进行建模仿真,分析了机械部分影响扭矩响应时间的关键参数,并进行了台架试验,对比分析了试验结果与仿真分析的结果。

The response time of the torque manager of the AWD vehicle is an important parameter of the AWD system.In the paper,the mechanical part of the torque manager controlled by proportional solenoid valve is modeled and simulated,and the key parameters that affect the torque response time of the mechanical part are analyzed,and a bench test is carried out to compare and analyze the test results and the simulation results.
