优化夹具设计及助推效率提升

Fixture Design Optimization and Boost Efficiency Improvement

中国制造2025指出:制造业是国民经济的主体,是立国之本、兴国之器、强国之基。随着工业的不断发展,产品需求转变成多样性,夹具在产品加工过程中的作用日益凸显。如何优化夹具设计,提升产品加工效率,成为工艺工程师亟待解决的问题。本文通过作者所在单位产品加工过程中夹具的优化设计,满足产品加工需求,提出了一种夹具设计的新思路。

It has been pointed out in Made In China 2025 that manufacturing is the main body of the national economy, the foundation of a nation, the instrument of rejuvenating the country and the foundation of a strong country. With the continuous development of the industry, demands of the parts are much more diversified which has made the usage of the fixture in manufacturing process becoming increasingly prominent. How to optimize the fixture design to improve manufacturing efficiency becomes an urgent problem for engineers to solve. This thesis has raised a new idea against fixture design through optimizing fixture design in part manufacturing process to fulfill production demand in author’s department.
