摘要
发动机的构成中机车内燃机是重要部分,由于内燃机在结构设计方面具有一定的复杂性,因此在对其进行加工的时候存在相应的难度,同时对产品的生产周期和产品性能也具有直接的影响作用。本文通过对数控加工工艺的概念、优势、劣势、适应性,以及数控加工工艺在气缸中的应用特点、气缸盖数控加工工艺设计等进行多方面的分析和研究,为促进机车内燃机气缸盖数控加工工艺技术的发展提供了参考依据。
Locomotive internal combustion engine is an important part in the composition of engine. Due to the complexity of internal combustion engine in structural design, it is difficult to process it. At the same time, it also has a direct impact on the production cycle and product performance. Through the analysis and Research on the concept, advantages, disadvantages and adaptability of NC machining technology, as well as the application characteristics of NC machining technology in cylinder and the NC machining process design of cylinder head, this paper provides a reference basis for promoting the development of NC machining technology of cylinder head of locomotive internal combustion engine.
