摘要 在新工科建设背景下,为行业和国家培养农业机械领域拔尖科技人才成为当务之急。本文以河南农业大学机电学院农业机械化及其自动化学科建设为例,通过对当下农机人才培养模式思考,开展探索了基于"新工科实验班"和"专业导师制"的全新培养模式,以提高学生实践、创新能力为培养目标。该实践不仅提高了农机专业本科生的创新能力,为新时代的新工科教育改革提供了参考。 Under the background of new engineering construction,it is urgent to cultivate top-notch scientific and technological talents in the field of agricultural machinery for the industry and the country.Taking the discipline construction of agricultural mechanization and automation in the College of mechanical and electrical engineering of Henan Agricultural University as an example,through the thinking of the current training mode of agricultural machinery talents,this paper explores a new training mode based on"engineering experimental class"and"professional tutorial system",with the training goal of improving students’practical and innovative ability.This practice not only improves the innovation ability of undergraduates majoring in agricultural machinery,but also provides a reference for the new engineering education reform in the new era.
